Chocolate Avocado Mousse with Coconut Cream

Serves: 4



  1. In a blender, combine the avocados, cocoa powder, and agave syrup. Blend until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the coconut cream until fluffy.
  3. Fold in half of the chopped hazelnuts into the mousse.
  4. Serve the mousse in dessert glasses or bowls with a dollop of whipped coconut cream on top.
  5. Sprinkle with the remaining hazelnuts, dust with moringa powder, and garnish with a mint leaf.
