Coconut Flour Banana Bread

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan with coconut oil or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the mashed bananas, coconut oil, agave syrup, and vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the coconut flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. If desired, fold in any optional add-ins.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow the banana bread to cool before slicing and serving.
