Honey Garlic Salmon

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. In a bowl, mix together the honey and garlic.
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the coconut oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the salmon and cook for about 5 minutes on each side.
  5. Drizzle the honey-garlic mixture over the salmon, cover, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with a side of organic red quinoa or steamed vegetables.
